Im 15 and need to know something. Recently, ive been noticing that the amount of semen ive ejaculated is becoming less and less and more watery. Ive stopped for a few days, and yet its not very much. Im very worried Is this normal? Is it possible to create more semen? How long does it usually take for more semen to be ejaculated and more white and clumpy? Please help

Do your testicles gain mass and is there a lot more semen produced from abstraining from sex or masturbating? There must be a limit, also how long is the longest time between orgasms that you’ve gone? Thanks.

The testicles produce sperm, not semen.
the bulk of semen is fluid from the prostate gland.
The testicles do not gain significant mass, as the amount of sperm produced is relatively small. compared to the seminal fluid. The body expels any buildup of semen through nocturnal emissions.
